Carboxymethyl Starch Oilfield Grade

It has the functions of bonding, thickening, water retention, emulsification, suspension and dispersion. As mud stabilizer and water retaining agent, CMS can reduce water loss and improve the coalescence stability of clay particles in drilling fluid during oil well operation. CMS has little influence on the plastic viscosity of mud, but has great influence on the power and shear force, which is conducive to carrying drilling cuttings. Especially when drilling salt paste layer, CMS can make the drilling fluid stable, reduce the loss and prevent the collapse of well wall. It is especially suitable for saline-alkali Wells with high salinity and PH value.

The aqueous solution of CMS is stable and has excellent performance.It has the functions of bonding, thickening, water retention, emulsification, suspension and dispersion.  As mud stabilizer and water retaining agent, CMS can reduce water loss and improve the coalescence stability of clay particles in drilling fluid during oil well operation.  CMS has little influence on the plastic viscosity of mud, but has great influence on the power and shear force, which is conducive to carrying drilling cuttings.
