Welan Gum is environmental friendly natural colloids produced by fermentation of Sphingomonas sp. It is creamy powdered,water-soluble biopolymer.It provides excellent functionality of thickening, suspension, stabilization etc in water based system. It is widely used in oilfield cementing and completion,construction material, and more industrial application.
Properties and functionalities:
*High efficient thickener, provides high viscosity
*High performance suspension capability, greatly increase cementing composition suspension
*Highly pseudoplastic(shear thining),imparts excellent rheology control
*Extremely stable in high salt conditions,even in the presence of calcium ions and stable under highPH
