Xanthan Gum Food Grade is produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris.It is natural,high molecular weight biopolymer that function as excellent thickener, suspension agent, stabilizer in various food & beverage.
Xanthan gum can improve the texture, consistency, flavor, shelf life and the appearance of the foods. It further stabilized foods, helping certain foods to withstand in different temperature and pH levels. In additional, it prevents foods from separating and allows them to flow smoothly out from the containers.
