Xanthan gum is a white-like or light yellowish powder.It is a natural biopolymer made from fermentation by strain of Xanthomonas Campestris. Xanthan gum is soluble in water, not soluble in solvents. Xanthan gum is an excellent thickener, stabilizer and emulsifier suitable for food, pet food, medicine, cosmetics, food, textile, agriculture, tobacco and other applications. It has high performance and moisturizing characteristics.
Properties & Characteristics of Xanthan Gum:
